Preparing for Breastfeeding 1.5hrs | £110
Get ahead of your feeding journey before your baby arrives. Hannah will cover positioning & attachment, what to expect in the early days, common challenges and how to overcome them.
Low Risk Birth & Complexities in Labour 1.5hrs | £110
Understand what happens during labour, what your options are, pain management and how to navigate any complexities that may arise. Helping you feel calm and in control on the day.
Writing Your Birth Plan 1.5hrs | £110
Work through your birth preferences with a midwife who truly understands them. Hannah will help you create a clear, realistic birth plan that reflects your wishes.
Care of the Newborn 1.5hrs | £110
Everything you need to know about caring for your baby in the first days including feeding cues, skin-to-skin & bonding, safe sleep, nappy changes, bathing, jaundice and more.
